Abdominal & Thigh Flaps
Stacked Combination Flaps
Thoughtfully uniting tissue from multiple areas for a beautifully full, natural restoration.

A Highly Personalized Path to Your Ideal Shape
Sometimes, a single donor site—such as the abdomen or the thigh—may not provide quite enough natural tissue to comfortably achieve the breast volume you desire. Stacked combination flaps offer a beautifully personalized solution by gently borrowing tissue from multiple, distinct areas of your body. By harmoniously bringing together these different tissue sources, we can meticulously craft a soft, full, and authentic-feeling breast, ensuring your reconstruction perfectly matches your unique vision without the need to rely on implants.
Procedure
During this highly specialized microsurgical procedure, our surgeons carefully transfer tissue and blood vessels from two separate donor sites—for example, combining a DIEP flap from your lower abdomen with a PAP flap from your upper thigh. Using advanced techniques, she delicately connects the blood vessels of each tissue segment to the blood supply in your chest, allowing the newly transferred tissue to thrive. The flaps are then artfully shaped and seamlessly layered together to create a single, beautifully contoured breast mound that feels warm and uniquely yours.
Benefits
Choosing a stacked combination approach provides incredible flexibility, allowing women who are naturally slender or seeking a fuller shape to still enjoy the lifelong benefits of natural-tissue reconstruction. Because your results are created entirely from your own living tissue, your reconstructed breast will look, move, and feel beautifully authentic, naturally changing with you over time. This approach not only provides profound peace of mind by avoiding implants altogether, but it also allows for subtle, flattering contouring at multiple donor sites, helping you feel deeply confident and completely at home in your body.

Enhanced safety & efficiency
The Dual-Microsurgeon Model
We are proud to be the first and only plastic surgery practice in Arkansas designed around a collaborative, dual-microsurgeon team approach.
By working in tandem, we are able to significantly reduce operating and anesthesia times, enhance patient safety, and double the precision applied to every detail of your surgery.
